The care handbook Physician-led peptide therapy

Read at your own pace. Keep a question in the margin.

What is it? Who leads care? What happens? What will I pay? What could go wrong? How do I decide?

Your question notebook

Keep the questions you want to take with you

A small notebook for the next conversation.

Take questions that leave room for an honest answer Read the source that answers your question Keep the questions you want to take with you

Keep prompts, not your health record

Use a short question, such as “What is included in the regular bill?”

Leave out names, birth dates, test results and medicine details.

Use your own paper or notes app if you prefer.

Choose a title that will remind you of the question. You can add another thought later or erase the note when you are done.

A note to keep

This notebook is for questions to discuss with the person treating you. There is no appointment request or message to a care service.

Questions for my next conversation

The app that opens websites on your phone or computer is called a browser. When Save can be pressed below, it keeps your questions in that app on this device. Wait for the message “Saved on this device” before closing the page. Return here in the same app on the same device to open them again. The notebook sends nothing to a care service. Other people using the same app may be able to read your note. Closing this page does not erase a saved note. Deleting stored website information in the app’s settings can erase it.

If Save stays pale and cannot be pressed, saving is unavailable here. Copy your questions before closing the page, or use paper.

Carry this thought

Carry the questions in whatever form works for you.

This is a reading guide for patients; it offers neither clinical care nor medicines.
